This indicator is a measure of the change in capacity within organisations to plan for, manage and implement gender-responsive climate adaptation relevant activities as a result of receiving funding or capacity building support from the CORE project. It is expected that organizations engaged will increase their staff complement to carry out planned activities. Many CORE activities are also aimed at improving skills of stakeholders, NCTFs and CBF staff to plan, support and implement gender-responsive NbS, thereby increasing their technical and organizational management skills. Only persons that are employed to organizations that are directly or indirectly supported by CORE funding or CORE funding efforts should count as progress towards this indicator. Therefore, if a partner organization is working with a EWRO funded by CORE, and hires two persons to support implementation of the CORE-funded activities, then these two employees should be recorded.
