This indicator measures the number of people and organizations directly benefitting from the new Gender Smart Facility (GSF) and the Climate Change resilience Gender Monitoring Center (learning hub). Number of individuals will be counted as number of people/staff from NCTfs and EWROs and direct beneficiaries using learning hub, i.e. signing up for the Hub and actively using it (e.g.downloading materials, signing up for trainings etc.). This indicator also shows cross-collaboration and shared learnings across the CBF-funded network, as the learning facility will be accessible to all CBF-funded grantees and other interested persons/organizations across the Caribbean. Anyone with a link to the learning hub will be able to access the website. Higher = better
